Panorama Imaging World Pricing - December 2002 

Pricing data was acquired from 11 world wide company web sites. In this study data was collected from Australia (3), Europe (2) and US (6). It should also be noticed that the individual website rates are public and may not represent the actual project negotiated rates between the buyer and seller. We recognize that the pricing is very general, but it does show geographic pricing trends. Where the web page showed multiple panorama product prices, an average was calculated to determine the price for a single panorama.  It was assumed that 8 panoramas could be taken and processed in 1 working 8 hour day and it is used to calculate a daily rate. All single panorama price and daily rates were averaged for the geographic region.  Government sales use tax (GST, VAT etc)  and extra's like special handling are not included in these average rates.  The US and Australia appear to be closely price aligned.  Europe's pricing is biased by only having 2 samplings.
